What are the main differences between Retiready Solution 2 and Retiready Stability?
Updated 18 August 2016
The main difference is in the risk levels. Retiready Solution 2 is a risk level 2 fund and Retiready Stability is risk level 1.
This means we’d expect Retiready Solution 2 to provide higher returns over the medium to long term than Retiready Stability but with greater short-term volatility (ups and downs), but there’s no guarantee this will happen.
So, over short periods you could expect to see bigger falls from Retiready Solution 2 than Retiready Stability although again, there may be periods when this is not the case.
Retiready Stability is more expensive, with an investment charge of 0.82% compared with 0.38% for Retiready Solution 2.
