How do I make a complaint?

We hope you never have to complain, but if you do, please write to us and we'll look into it for you.

You can also submit a complaint through the webchat facility on the Support page of your Retiready portal, or call us on 03456 100 072 - call charges will vary.
Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
On Tuesdays, we open slightly later at 9:45am while our team takes part in training – helping us continue to support you in the best possible way.
Please include your Retiready plan number.
