You can change your UK address online. Just log in and choose 'My profile' and 'About you'. You'll then see an option to 'Amend' your address under your current details. The new address will show up on your account within 24 hours.

You can change your current address to a non-UK address, or update an existing non-UK address by:

• Calling us on 03456 100 072. Call charges will vary. 
• Chatting to us online as long as you are signed in to your Retiready account.
• Our opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
• On Tuesdays, we open slightly later at 9:45am while our team takes part in training – helping us continue to support you in the best possible way.

You’ll need to provide us with your new address, the month and year you moved there, and whether you’re a resident there. The new address will take up to five working days to show up on your account.
