Where can I see the charges that have been taken from my account?

You can see details of any charges that apply to your account in your illustration document, which was created when your account was set up.
You can find this by:
- Selecting the Savings tab
- Go to your pension or ISA product
- Select Documents, then Illustration to download the PDF
You can also retrieve your changes by:
- Selecting the Savings tab
- Go to your pension or ISA product
- Select the Money in/out option
- Open the Filter by date or type dropdown
- Select the Charges filter
- Complete the Transaction range options
- Click Apply
