You can choose to take regular or one-off withdrawal from your ISA.

To get started, sign in to your Retiready account and go to the Savings tab. Choose ISA and then select Withdraw money. We'll send you an email within two working days to let you know that we've started processing your request.

Your withdrawals will be paid from your ISA cash facility and, if we need to, we'll sell some of the investments in your chosen fund to cover the withdrawal amount. This may take up to five working days. When there's enough money in your cash facility, we'll make the payment into your bank account. This may take five to seven working days to clear. 

For security, we may need you to confirm your identity before we can complete the transaction. We'll send you a secure email if we need this information. We won't be able to pay your withdrawal until we have confirmation.
