What do we mean by 'habitually resident in the UK'?

If you're habitually resident in the UK, this means your main residential address is in the UK.
You'll need to be a UK resident to:
- Open a new Retiready ISA or Pension.
- Increase your regular payments.
- Make a one-off payment.
- Make a transfer.
