Why isn’t web chat working on my device?

If you are trying to use web chat on your iOS or Android device – please ensure the web browser has pop-ups enabled.
To enable pop-ups please check the browser settings on your device. Once the settings have been turned on, please refresh the page to launch chat in a new window.
Webchat opening times:
Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm.
On Tuesdays, we open slightly later at 9:45am while our team takes part in training – helping us continue to support you in the best possible way.
