Why do you have Key Information Documents for the Retiready Solution ISA funds and not for the pension funds?
Updated 04 March 2024
As of 4 March 2024, the Retiready Solution ISA and Retiready Solution Pension funds invest differently.
If you're an existing Retiready pension investor, you're invested in an Aegon insured fund called Retiready Solution 2,3,4 or 5. These are invested in the Aegon Risk-Managed Portfolio funds.
If you're an ISA investor, things are different. You're directly invested in a BlackRock Volatility Strategy fund, not an Aegon version of the fund.
Only fund manufacturers are required to produce Key Information Documents (KIDs). As ISA investors are directly invested in the BlackRock Volatility Strategy fund, BlackRock as a fund manufacturer, is required to provide a KID for the Retiready Solution ISA funds, so investors can see key information about the fund.
For existing Retiready pension customers, you can access fund factsheets by choosing your Retiready Solution on the investments page and choosing 'Pension' from the menu. Please note that the underlying funds that each Retiready Solution Pension invests in changed as at March 4 2024. The factsheet may reflect the previous investment strategy for a time.
