Why is my transfer in to my account not showing up?

If you've asked us to transfer a pension or ISA into your Retiready account this will take time to arrive, as we'll need to contact the provider of your old pension/ISA and request the transfer of the funds.
If we need further information from you about your transfer, we'll contact you directly. We'll send you an email when the transfer has been completed.
