Moving to online statements: If you've recently received a letter about moving to online statements and are needing help with logging in, activating or updating your email address or document preference, please call us on 0333 011 0096 and choose option 1(call charges will vary). Unfortunately, we're not able to help you with this using Webchat, as informed in the letter. You'll need your account number (from, for example, a statement) or National Insurance number.
