You can tell us who you would like us to consider paying any pension savings to on your death. This is known as nominating beneficiaries. 

• If you have a Retiready, One Retirement or Aegon Retirement Choices account, you can nominate individual beneficiaries online. If you want to add additional instructions, or nominate a trust or charity please complete a Nomination of beneficiaries form. 
• Other customers should complete a Death benefits nomination form.

If you opened a:

• Retirement Control plan before December 2010 should complete the appropriate section of the Retirement Control plan review form.
• Retirement Control plan after December 2010 should complete the appropriate section of the Retirement Control plan review form (post '10 version).
